We’ll work with Founders, CEO/CROs to refine GTM strategy, assist in defining ICP, build out Sales Capacity models, refine/create GTM messaging, define revenue targets, design comp and equity plans, hire first waves of AE's, BDR/SDR's, SE's, instill sales methodology and help accomplish market awareness and revenue objectives.

Our Founder
Jason Socha founded Echelon Consulting almost 20 years ago after working in the recruitment field for almost a decade. He realized there was a better, more effective way to find the right person, at the right time, for the right company. He’s entrepreneurial and personable by nature with a passion for making connections and empowering growth. He is trusted to consistently create and help maintain cultural fit and winning scenarios for candidates and clients alike.
